WELLBEING. DEVELOPMENT. PERFORMANCE.
TESTIMONIALS
From a club perspective, working with Rebecca since 2017 has been extremely helpful. She has helped us shape our whole-club wellbeing focus by informing and supporting our discussions as well as providing parent, group and 1-1 support as needed. Rebecca is extremely flexible and our work with her is ever evolving, taking into account the needs of the organisation and its members. As we progressed through the pandemic, the wellbeing of all our members, coaches and families has been at the forefront of our work and the expertise of Rebecca has really added to the support we can offer.

Working closely with Rebecca since December 2018 has enabled me to enrich my learner’s experiences when delivering the Sports Psychology part of the A Level Physical Education course.
Rebecca’s knowledge, experience and enthusiasm has proved invaluable in helping to improve learner’s understanding of the topics.
Rebecca has delivered a variety of exciting workshops, both online and in the classroom. I look forward to continue working with Rebecca and wouldn’t hesitate recommending her within the education setting.

aboutRebecca
Sport has always played a big part in my life, from the school holidays being spent giving lots of sports a go, to most family holidays including some sort of competition from rounders, to crazy golf or beach cricket!!
My main sport when I was younger was football, but I was faced with a lack of girls teams in our area so decided to give hockey a go (and you'll still find me on a hockey pitch most weekends now!) With the odd dabble back in to football at various points over the years.
I have never been an 'elite' athlete but look back on my experiences thinking many of the psychological skills I now support people with would have hugely benefited me in my experiences.
Life-in-Sport was born from my belief that Sport Psychology has so much to offer for everyone not just the 'elite athlete'.

aboutLife-in-Sport
Sport (and life) is filled with uncertainty, 'uncontrollables'cc and change.
I help individuals and teams cope and more importantly thrive as they navigate the ups and downs.
At the forefront is a focus on proactive and practical psychological approaches to support positive wellbeing, personal development, and performance improvements for...
YOUR-LIFE-IN-SPORT
We will explore the following areas of support...
Wellbeing first...
In short, wellbeing could be described as how you feel about yourself and your life, and is linked to life satisfaction and happiness. A great place for us to start the support process before delving in to the next 2 areas.
Personal Development...
This is where we will explore and find the psychological skills to help you develop and thrive in all areas (not just sport). Remember this is about you as a person, not just an athlete.
Improving your performance...
For most of you this is probably the main reason you are seeking sport psychology support. Your performances or results aren't where you want them to be or you have experienced a setback. We can take your psychological skills that you have learnt for personal development and help you use them in your performance environment.
