From a club perspective, working with Rebecca has been extremely helpful over the past few years. She has helped us shape our whole-club wellbeing focus by informing and supporting our discussions as well as providing parent, group and 1-1 support as needed. Rebecca is extremely flexible and our work with her is ever evolving, taking into account the needs of the organisation and its members. As we progressed through the pandemic, the wellbeing of all our members, coaches and families has been at the forefront of our work and the expertise of Rebecca has really added to the support we can offer.
Life in sport has been excellent for Cardiff MCCU, assisting athletes individually and as a team. The professionalism is first class and has certainly benefited the squad and staff throughout.
